THE PHOENIX LIONS! These are still on display, on the south side of the Hartford City Hall building, still handsome.
Click here to go to the puzzle. Remember to click the "OK" button on the puzzle page to activate the pieces so you can drag them around.
Also, just a note that YOU can change the number of pieces you wish to have on your screen! Just click the box of tiny white squares to the far left of the "OK" button and you'll have your choice of the number of puzzle pieces you want. (See picture of this below the Lions.)
(THERE ARE MANY FEWER PIECES -- 25 -- IN THE FIRST PUZZLE BELOW, SO IT MAY BE EASIER TO START WITH THAT ONE. DIRECTIONS FOR ANY PUZZLE ARE AFTER THE SECOND PUZZLE WITH THE SCENE OF DOWNTOWN HARTFORD.

CLICK THIS LINK TO MAKE THIS JIGSAW PUZZLE!
If you've never made an online jigsaw puzzle, the steps you take are below this puzzle image.
1. Click on the line shown above that says, "Click this link to make the jigsaw puzzle!" That will bring up this page, below. Now you are in the jigsaw puzzle.

Next, click on the "OK" to activate the puzzle pieces, so you can move them around. Now the puzzle will look like this:
You are ready to begin dragging the ;pieces around to make the puzzle! Just put your cursor on a piece and hold down the left click on it (A "cursor" is usually a hand or arrow that you move with your mouse or touch pad.) Now you can drag the pieces around where you want them to be. When two pieces fit into each other, release the cursor and the pieces will click into place. All puzzle pieces are positioned so their top edges are up; unlike physical puzzle pieces, you don't have to turn them around. You can practice getting used to the click-on-a-piece, drag it, and drop it by arranging the border pieces first. Here is how it might look when you begin to drag pieces around by holding down the cursor:
